By accessing or deploying the Avatar Harness software pipeline, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Please read them thoroughly before executing media pipeline runs.

1. Platform Scope and Operation

Avatar Harness provides automated verification, assembly, and automated dispatch infrastructure for digital video content. All outputs passing through the system are evaluated against cryptographic audit steps prior to publication.

2. Permitted Use and Acceptable Content

Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing Avatar Harness to create, process, or publish:

• Non-consensual deepfake media or impersonation of private individuals without legal authorization.
• Deceptive media designed to disrupt elections, violate legal copyright, or circumvent platform regulations.
• Content designed to bypass mandatory synthetic media disclosures.

3. Third-Party API Terms

Integration with platforms like YouTube requires adherence to their respective terms. Users implicitly agree to be bound by YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Security Guidelines when connecting account credentials.

4. Limitation of Liability

Avatar Harness is provided "as is" without express warranties. The platform is not liable for system interruptions, network API failures, or unauthorized access stemming from client-side credential misconfigurations.
